I had always heard bout guys back in those days being pitched from the cars. But to see it!!! WOW Its a wonder more weren"t killed

Given the construction of cars in those days, getting tossed from the car could have been a life saver in many cases.

They really had no idea, I'm sure they realized it was dangerous... It looked like they all had the latest hi-tech leather helmets!
