Tim,
Bill had a better car than the result. At the second red flag they opened it up for fuel. When they checked air pressures the rears were down to 2-3 psi. They told me they had been having trouble with bleeders, and it showed back up last night. He probably had a top 8 car without the problems.
He did look good qualifying, though. And, at least he didn't break anything last night - apparently better than Florida or Mississippi.
