I was telling some people how lucky us cheeseheads were this year for seeing 9 races in Indiana and then the 4 Crown with no rain outs. It sure is nice for us when you travel some distance and all the shows get in without mother nature interrupting. We had fun again this weekend but i didn't get to visit with everybody but i did spend some quality time with just my Dad and i making the trip. The horseradish cheese was once again a big hit and i made my usual delivery to mowerman so he could share it with all the IOW folks who pass through his camp. A special thanks goes out to BIGBUDMAN who let us sit in his box seats both nights. I did meet two new people, one being Charles Nungester and the other Mrs. Kim Rudisell. Nice chatting with them and with openwheelkt. Was only able to say a few words to the leader of section 8....i mean section A at the Burg as Marv was searching for his chicken and mashed potato dinner. Talked briefly with mowerman when i made my delivery in the morning but i didn't get to see everybody. I enjoyed the racing both nights, well it's going to be a long winter here in the frozen tundra and i miss you guys already. It about brings a tear to my eye to pull out of Eldora knowing it's going to be 7 months before i see you again.

Even though you didn't stop by and say hi, I am glad that you and your dad were able to make the trip. Many times those are the best things about a trip is the bonding and fellowship that takes place. I did miss the cheese but I will plan on indulging in the spring when you arrive again. Keep that white stuff up there in cheeseland.

Too bad I didnt get to see you. Checkered Past and I were embarassed at the short-off. A ringer came and beat us bad, Stubb. The cheese had a little more bite this time, it was great! I dont think Jade was all that fond of it though. :2:

Nice sitting and chatting with you again Tim. Glad you were able to make one more trip down for the year. The "home delivery" of cheese was a hit. Mrs. KT is a fan as well. Although I'm not sure I needed 5 pounds of it...which seems like what I brought home. Maybe that will last me until April.

You keep working on that family of yours. Maybe some year you'll get that move pulled off. Here's to seeing you next year.
