Hi folks, My name is Lindsay Gilbert and I pilot a 410 winged sprint car down here in New Zealand.
At the moment I currently lease the car I drive but want to purchase my own vehicle. The problem is that a lot of the cars in New Zealand have been around for a while and have done a lot of work.
So I have decided to look overseas for my next vehicle, the only problem is that I do not know the best place to look.
Is there any one that might be able to help me out or point me in the right direction, or someone might have a car from last season sitting around that they want gone.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks Lindsay.

Welcome to the IOW board, Lindsay! You might want to start by checking out the classifieds here on IOW. Also we have many car owners who post on here and I am sure that if one has something they will reply to this thread and/or PM you. Good Luck.

I think you should give Tom Chalk a call at 1-765-452-9202 ---- 3095 N.Washington Kokomo IN. 46901 Tom builds a safe and very fast race car. He is on top of the sport and can guide you in the right direction. I trust him with one of my best friends, my son Josh.

Contact Joe Devin at DRC Chassis

298 Gasoline Alley Suite E
Indianapolis, Indiana 46222
www.drcchassis.com

His cars work great for both wing and non-wing. You wont find a more user friendly car.

He will be able to give you info on a new car or help you find a used one.

You might want to look at XXX chassis as well... an off-shore made, Maxim copy. Several teams run them in the US with success...

Your best bet would be contacting either Indy Race Parts, or getting in touch with John Godfrey at SpikeChassis.com. I know both of them send alot of cars/parts overseas.

You better take care of me, Lord. If you don't you're gonna have me on your hands.
