MMSA action sat. nite at Brownstown saw young driver, Alex Shipman register his first "A" main victory, Shipman started on the pole and led every lap. Collin Ambrose made it close at the finish line, about two car lengths behind, Lynsey Tilton had a fine run, finishing third.
Heat winners were Howard McCormick and Seth Motsinger, Lynn Ambrose took the hard charger award, advancing 5 spots. Friday nite action at Thunder Valley saw Collin Ambrose claim is fifth win of the season besting Drew Dorsett (2nd) who held off hard charging Lynn Ambrose (3rd). Heat winners were Doug Jones and Collin Ambrose, High school freshman, Nick Hale in only his third race in a winged mini sprint, looked like a veteran taking the hard charger award, finishing 5th from the 12th starting position.
