KC Raceway refund?

Has anyone received a ticket refund from the July 30 USAC rainout? I sent my ticket back to the Beaver, Ohio PO number listed on the KC web site about 2 weeks ago. I have not heard or scene anything since.

Put yourself in their place. If somebody gave money to you, how much of a hurry would you be in to return it to them? Just sayin'. I'd give it a couple of weeks and then call them.

I thought the race was 7/31, right?

I would probably return it the night I didn't fulfill my obligation

Dont feel bad,I have been waiting a year for my refund from last years midget nationals.Finally got tired of calling and getting promises to return calls and never getting a return call.Needless to say I or any of my friends will ever go back to that track again.

We got to the track last week for the regular winged 410 show-first sprint show since the USAC show. Went to the pit shack and gave the girl the USAC show pitpasses, which cost $30. Our normal pitpass is $25. Expected to get $5 back for each one (wishful thinking-I know!). She says at the track, they are only good for the $25 value-not gonna get $5 back. To get the full refund, have to send them back to Beaver as some of you have done. Even then, she said to expect about a 30 day turnaround. And then she says it'll prolly be $29.50 or so because of the cost of the stamp! This did not go over too well! However, we got rained out within an hour and never got to talk to Jeff Schrader or anyone about it. Now, the girl in the booth was just the messenger, so you can't beat her up too bad-she's just doing what she's told. I'm not saying all this to badmouth the Schraders-they've done a lot of good for KC since taking over, but this was definitely not right! I don't doubt that the money will be returned, but they're playing games with it.

I sent mine back around 8/4. Haven't gotten it back yet. Honestly, I figured it would take about two months to get it back so I haven't been expecting it to show up in my mailbox yet. I understand why they don't give you the money back at the gate....they want you to come back and use it towards another show. I wouldn't want the hastle of mailing refunds though..... I wouldn't sweat not getting it yet.
