Tickets On Sale for the 43rd Annual Kronik Energy Western World Championships

Tucson, Arizona (July 28th, 2010) – Less than a year ago, 133 sprint cars filled with the Nations top drivers, lined the pits of Tucson’s USA Raceway with anticipation of winning the 42nd Annual Western World Championship. The long standing tradition continues as tickets are now on sale for The 43rd Annual Kronik Energy Western World Championships featuring The Lucas Oil ASCS Sprint Car Dirt Series presented by K&N Filters as well as the wingless warriors of the ASCS Canyon Region.

As we approach the fall and most of the country succumbs to the cold and snow, racing action will again heat up with the much anticipated 43rd running of the Western World Championships. Close to one hundred and fifty top Sprint Car teams from around the country are expected to migrate to warmer climates for their final chance at a big payday and another opportunity to add their name to prestigious list of winners.

Both the winged and wingless forces will tackle USA Raceway's 3/8-mile clay oval for three nights on November 18th, 19th and 20th, with more than $100,000 in "A" Feature money alone distributed over the course of the blockbuster event. A $15,000 share awaits the winner of the Lucas Oil ASCS Western World Champion, while the ASCS Canyon Region conqueror will pocket $5,000.

Why is there such a huge differance between the winners pay? It dosent cost $10,000 to buy 2 wings. Same cars, it cost the same to put them both together except for the $700 for wings. Makes no sense!
