Updated Stats for local tracks?

I know there are a number of statisticians out there that keep track of each nights performance. Does anyone compile this info weekly such that we could get an idea how cars/drivers are doing throughout the season. We are so lucky in Indiana to have a number of weekly tracks and series that run the same cars (~130-150) weekly, that having an idea how teams are doing for the year would allow us to tell who is on top. Just a thought, something like the Fantasy League or a points battle to tie the year together?

http://www.openwheeltimes.com/owt_driverreport.php plug in the drivers name and a date range and you will get all of the races for that driver.
