Was watching the show last night and the fireworks were great but I'm confused about how they lined up the field a few times....can anyone answer?

In heat 2 Ballou was in 3 and the guy running 2nd spun out in 4 and tim Creach and deckard ended up in front of him in the restart after the yellow was out....how did they not go back to the last lap? And then in heat 4 holtsclaw jumped the cushion they threw a yellow for debris but then ended up moving holtsclaw back two positions on the restart - why was holtsclaw penalized? I'm just curious how they do things and maybe I didn't understand I like the place a lot

He came up and talked to Spiker about it. He was told that they raced back to the caution. The other deal was a debris caution that's why they got their spots back. Still made no since to me either

Hey Rube,

Thought you went to Angel Park with Aero and his redheaded girlfriend? What's up?
