Beginning with tomorrow's safety checks and Novice races, the Eastern Grand quarter midget nationals, presented by Subway, will begin at the Mini Indy Speedway located on the NE corner of the State Fairgrounds.

We are expecting almost 600 cars to register for the week's races. If you are looking for some awesome, intense racing throughout the next week, come check it out. Racing will be going on throughout the day and night! And it's FREE to come watch, other than the $3 fairgrounds parking fee.

Schedule of Events
Saturday June 26th - Novice Exhibition
Sunday June 27th - 1st rounds of practice
Monday June 28th - 2nd rounds of practice
Tuesday June 29th - Qualifying
Wednesday June 30th - Lower mains (N,M,L,K, J, etc)
Thursday July 1st- More Lower mains

If it's anything like the weekly program it'll take two weeks to run this. They generally take about 20 mins between each race.

Its hilarious.....

Its a bit of a challenge when there are about 15 volunteer positions each race and you're waiting on people to step up and help.

The QMA national board runs all the QMA national events. The down time from race to race in very little. Unlike the usac .25 races nobody gets paid.
This will be my 25th grands since 1989, I might know what I am talking about. Racing should go from 9:30am till 11:00pm from weds till A-main day.
