Moler would start off the action this Memorial Day weekend and Devin Gilpin would grab his second win of the year. Dave Mcwilliams came home second and Weasel Rhoades would beat Joe Godsey to the line by inches for third. In Four races this season Gilpin has two wins a second and a third. Moler Raceway park returns to action on Friday June 4th. Senior citizens get in at half price and the vintage cars will be on hand.

Rick Corbin would debut a new car at Florence Speedway and take it to his Fifth win of the year. Florence has been the Corbin and Hamilton show this year and this night would be no different as Hamilton would run second followed by Ray Branscum. Florence is back in action as the mods are the undercard for the Ralph Latham Memorial late model race on Saturday June 5th.

Joey Kramer rolled to his third feature win of the season Saturday Night at Lawrenceburg Speedway. He would be followed by Matt Boknecht and
Bob Pohlman. On Satuday Night June 5th Lawrenceburg will have the Modifieds. The Vintage cars will also be in action and it's Beach Waterpark night with a swimsuit competition. This will also be the last chance teams will have to gear up for the Mel Johnson Classic on June 12th. This race will be the highest paying race in the C.M.C. championship paying $2,000 to win and $200 to start with $8.00 general admission.

Drivers in the top ten faired well the rest of the weekend outside of the Cincinnati area also. Kramer would finish second on the Indy Mile to Ken Schrader on Friday night. On Saturday night Shawn Tolson would take the win at Lake Cumberland as he mixed some racing into his vacation. On Sunday night your C.M.C. point leader Matt Hamilton would beat a stellar field at Kokomo Speedway.
