We are coming from cheeseland for Midget Week at Bloomington and Kokomo. We had planned on hitting Lawrenceburg on Saturday but we have never been to Paragon. Would this be a good time for us to make our first visit to Paragon?

Iwould suggest Paragon, no smoke and mirrors just hardcore sprinters racing every Sat. They usually pull 40+ cars and run two features. Fans get twice the racing for the price of one.

We're doing Bloomington, Paragon & Kokomo that weekend as long as weather looks favorable. Been a while (late 90's) since I've been to Paragon, so I'm looking forward to it.

First time I was ever there Rip Williams won a CRA race right at the line over Jack Hewitt if I remember correctly. I also remember Big Bob Kinser punching Lealand McSpadden after Lealand got into Bob spinning him out in turn three. To me it looked like Lealand was on the button hard as usual & Kinser just checked up to soon. It really wasn't Lealand's fault but he felt the wrath of Big Bob anyway.

Besides seeing Paragon for the first time i also would like to try it cause it sure cuts down on the trip Saturday morning compared to heading to the Burg. How far is it from Bloomington to the track at Paragon?

Mapblast says 28.4 miles from Bloomington Speedway to Paragon Speedway, then 95.7 miles from Paragon to Kokomo Speedway.

Sure beats 117 miles from Bloomington to Larryburg, then 144.3 miles from Larryburg to Kokomo.

Thanks for the info. Sure does cut down on the driving for Saturday morning, we will wait to sort this out as it gets closer. One more question....since this is an MSCS race would they still run two features like they do on other nights?
