Since we don't get too much good news on the driver front, I thought I'd post this. I don't know anything about the kid, but I'm sure the WI fans do. It's a start let's hope.

Thats good stuff.....my favorite is the quote "The Indy Racing League has shown an interest in re-establishing the career path of Midget and Sprint Car racers climbing the ladder to IndyCars," :applaud:

I found that comment funny too. It's as funny as Road to Indy is.

Yes, it's Jacob 'Haulin' Harley' Slotten. And...he isn't old enough to have a kid yet.

In 2006, he ran the here in the Hut Hundred and several other midget events. The Burg is another place I remember him running. He was a good driver.

Let's hope he does well, so other Indy Pro Series teams start looking at more Sprint & Midget drivers again.
