Their website isnt loading for me....I would also like to know when you can put blankets down.

The Kokomo Speedway website says that grandstands open at 3:00 PM and hot laps begin at 5:30 PM. I hope that helps.

i looked earlier ,,spectator gates open at 3.00 pm and hot laps around 5.30 pm ..........see ya there
