I remember the #54 starting life as a beautiful dark blue 4 bar Trevis Craft car. I also remember the nite Paul Clark made it a springer front car after a wicked crash at Ohio Valley Speedway in Parkersburg, WV. A ride into the frontstretch wall sent Paul to the local hospital with broken ribs and cuts and brusies for a week and the next time I saw the car it had changed into a spring front car. Dean Mast is a guy who was often overlooked. He ran not only local shows and winning but for years traveled the country with IMCA winning many times.
