Litchfield Michigan's Chad Blonde has landed in Western Australia ready to kick-off his 2008 season. The former All Star Circuit Of Champions rookie of the year is coming off his best season ever behind the wheel of a sprint car. Blonde scored 10 A Main wins last season and, is looking to improve on that starting in Australia. Blonde has teamed up with the 92.9 Kendrick Racing Team of Western Australia. Blonde, who landed less than a week ago, has already served notice in the land down under. In yesterday's 14 car test session, it took Blonde just 5 laps to start turning in the quickest times of the session. This was Chad's first time ever racing outside of the U.S.A. Plus, this is Chad's first time in a car other than a Blonde Motorsports entry. Chad looks to carry his test session momentum into his first race this Saturday night at the Perth Motorplex.
