You can get a sneak-peek at some of the improvements that we have been working on at the track over the winter and on-site over the past several weeks.

The main concession stand has been stripped to the studs, new metal installed on the walls and ceiling. McCloud Electric has re-wired most of it. The plumbing has been replaced. New walls and a new beer shack and beer garden have been built. New fences and new stone has been installed in the drives and parking lots.

The scales have been dug out, cleaned, re installed and an electronic indicator has replaced the old weigh beam!

Visit the new Lincoln Park Speedway website for pictures and more details by clicking here and visiting the "This Week at LPS" page: http://www.lincolnparkspeedway.com

Well I guess I should have said first tip since Joe Spiker took it over, I used to go all the time before DA had it. Then maybe once or twice a year when he had it.

I love it!!!!!! Its spring and racing season is about to begin. I thinks its fantastic LPS is turing into the old LPS again. That place has been a hole for years.....USAC will be 15 minutes from my home!!!! I hate it though I will not be able to race again this year do to financial reasons but when I am able to run again I will be going to LPS.
