Was reading something somewhere earlier that brought Lealand McSpadden to mind and was wondering if he is still alive. I remember hearing that he had a serious illness some time back but don't remember the outcome.

If someone could help me out with this senior moment I would appreciate it.

Lealand had cancer a few years ago, but I saw him at Manzy last year.
As far as I know he is still kicking.

I hope Leland is doing ok. A incredible Sprint-Midget driver.
In his racing days he had the ability to run the cushion
up on the fence. Awesome driver! Thanks for the memories

Lealand is well I talked to Janet his wife last month.
