Looking For Chuck Amati DVD

I heard that some friends had put together a DVD of pics and video of Chuck's career. I would like to get one for my Dad.

Anyone know anything?

I have a memorial DVD that was played at his funeral. It is basically a slide show of pictures set to music. I can send you a copy if you will get pm me your address.
