It was great to meet several IOW people there and had a great time. With Starla she had a better time which she always does anywhere we go. She didn't do that great racing but still came out a winner. She was so happy having Dave Darland pitting right across from us. She also got a free t-shirt from Dave and was so happy and that made her race weekend. But when the night was over she was out on the track when Tony was getting interviewed and wouldn't leave and I told I had to finish loading up and she said she was going to walk the track I said ok. As soon as I got to the motor home got a call Melvin you better get in here and I'm like now what. Our friend said when Tony got done he grabbed Starla and took off running with her and then gave his trophy to her. I was like WOW. Starla was one happy little girl and boy she never shut up the rest of the night.

Im not sure who's gonna bribe who when they get older!

Yea that's what people say but Tony has always took time out for Starla. But Fri & Sat ofter the races were over Tony took a seat and signed autographs and took photo's until the last person was gone!!!:checkered:

I had heard about this when I was in there and thought is was really nice of Tony to do that. She has the most unique collectible possible.

Tony is one of the best iin racing. He gets a bad rap for being honest but behind the scenes he has a freinds and fans who knwo exactly the kind of guy he is.

sounds like a great time, tony is a prime example of a real driver. he isnt afraid to speak his mind, unlike 90% of those other drivers runnin around in nascar. im pretty sure he is wearing a schlitz hat in that pictures as well, beer on! :respect:
