Any idea what kind of car count we will see for the sprints and midgets for this show? I know L-Burg doesn't run sprints on Friday but how many guys are going to tow down there Thursday and back to Kokomo on Friday and then back to L-burg Saturday. You would think for $2009 to win for sprints and $1209 to win for midgets there would be at least a full field of each.

I would guess a good turnout, based on the last couple years.

Sprint pay-out previosly posted...how about midget? Order of events would be nice too. Thank-you.

The best line in the link: B Main transfers will NOT receive time back for the A Main Wish USAC would adopt that! |

Props to the Kokomo Speedway for using this format..hope they adopt this format to use weekly next year..
Granted, I grew up around this format on the west coast with SCRA(with the exception of the Passing Masters Dash), I dont believe that it's fair to the guys that qualify fast to have to start outside a transfer in the heat race. For example, last night at Perris, Wes Gutierrez Qualified 14th, and found himself on the pole of the feature because he passed one car in the heat race. What's the point of inverting? |
