Trav has had a roller coaster day. His vitals go up then they go down but he is steady now. Julie is his daytime nurse and she is so fantastic and smart she makes us feel like there could be nobody better taking care of him. On a sad note we lost a big part of our support group today Kenny, Shane, Brent and Matt left for home. Two years ago Travis was asked to drive for Rudeen Racing Although Trav has driven for some really great people before this for our family was a very proud moment. More important than racing is the people you meet along the way and the whole Rudeen Racing family welcomed my family into theirs. Of course when it was time for everyone to leave today Trav was going through a rough stretch and we were unable to say goodbye to them. I know they understand but I dont know if they realize how much it meant to us them being here. I hate to ramble on but to be honest I have nothing better to do accept stare at a monitor and watch the numbers go up and down. On a positive note Gilligan brought in a helmet from Brian Ellinburger and both Steve and Kraig Kinser as well as Jason Sides and Joey Saldana are all sending helmets also heard from Johnny Herarras wife and they are also sending one. These acts of kindness really make the day a lot more tolerable for his mom and me. Thanks to everyone and thanks for reading. Doug Kathy Kenny & Lisa

Be nice to people on the way up. You might need them on the way down. Jimmy Durante
