A good friend of mine's mom had a brain aneurysm a month or so ago and she is still in Methodist hospital. The family doesn't have insurance. Her name is Suzy Craffets and she has taken ticket money at LPS for 13 years and her husband is the beer guy this year. I spoke to Mr. Spiker and he allowed my family and I to go around the crowd tonight and collect money which would have been good enough but Mr. Spiker told me to come to the payout window after the last race, which I did, and the track matched the amount we were able to collect.

I would just like to take this time to think the great fans of Lincoln Park Speedway and the whole staff there for allowing us to help this family a little bit.

Awesome gesture from Mr Spiker. I will be sure to keep her and the family in my prayers.
