I like this guy's way of being up front. He has impressed me with this E-Mail.
At least he did not give the stale excuse it is against state law to bring in alcohol.If his insurance company thinks it is not safe, so be it. He also has the option to change insurance companies and if he thinks bringing in your own beer will sell seats, he probably will do it.

You will be able to put down blankets and chairs before race day. I can not answer the beer question at this time I would much rather sell a seat then beer but I think there is a liability issue with the insurance I am looking into it and will let you know. I feel some people do not go to the races due to this and if we can sell more seats by letting people bring their own beer in then I am for it but I will let you know.
