What time is Kokomo going to start the races tomorrow night..i dont get off of work until after 4 and am just wondering..im going regardless..thanks guys!

Then they decided to open the Front Gate at 3pm, I can only guess they will be consistent and start a half hour earlier. Or just go back to normal. Your guess is as good as mine. I suppose they had to let everyone in early in order to not have a fire code violation with not enough available exits for the crowd.
