Its still kinda early to go to Australia if you wanna see a lot of racing. Better to wait till a couple days before Christmas to head over to be there in time for a warm Christmas, then its full on racing from the 26th of December till about the 2nd week in February.
If Danny can arrange 2 airfares to Australia,I'll make arrangements for places to stay, and rides to the races. He can spend his time daily writing stories,I'll be out having fun with my friends every night. PS bring sunblock, cause you will get sunburned. |

Thanks, Steve. Andrew, I've never used sunblock in my short life. ![]() I'd still want to go early. It'll be too cold here by then. I'd like to modify those plans. Sleep in every day, go pub crawling with you and friends at night, fall into slumber by dawn. I promise to work on the airfare. If I can lose a bit more weight, maybe Andrew can put me in one of those doggie carriers. All others invited, by the way. Especially you retirees. And most especially you ladies.

Trust me,your scrawny white legs will be cooked lobster red if you dont wear sunblock. Ask Wobbler what slip, slap, slop means. Most tracks here in Indiana run pretty good shows, but theres a couple that could learn on work nights you have to run an efficient program thats fast paced if they want repeat customers to their venues. |

Another fine article from our man Mr. Burton. I always enjoy reading his take on how the open wheel world turns. He is right there with Dave Argabright, Kevin Oldham and Gary London on my prefered reading list.:respect:
The only question I have for Danny boy is this? How are you going to explain the 50/50 girl to the folks down under?:emote20::rolling: |

Actually, the 50/50 girl at the 'Burg reminds me of something from down under. Back in the 60's & 70's the New York Daily News used to publish wintertime pictures of bathing beauties from Australia on page 6. She could compete with any of them!
