I don't know how long that track is, but I saw Hank Rogers, Sr. pass the entire United Racing Club in the first two turns of the feature at Essex Junction VT, Labor Day weekend 1961. That's last to first in 1/4 mile.

Back in the mid eighties (I'm thinking 1984) Bobby Davis Jr. was driving the Bob Weickert sprinter in Central Pa. One night at Selinsgrove, a big, fast half mile, he started 18th in the feature. Putting it on the cushion he drove from 18th to the lead by the time he exited turn two on the FIRST LAP! What a run!

That really didn't look to difficult. I drive the same way through town everyday, but i do drive past the police station first to see if they are in or out patroling so you know what your limitations are. :wink1:

They do it different up there! Back home in NY if you wanted to see where the cops were you checked out the local 7-11!:emote20:

the track looked really narrow and there were some bonzai (spelling???) moves.....just thought i would share
