Silver Crown Update...Friday Fairgrounds Race

So let's say the weather is actually GREAT this year...
What's your guess on the car count? Will '09 be a bit of a come back from '08? 30 cars? more, less? |

With the way things are I would not bet on more than 20 but hope for 30. The silvercrown div is hurting I know of 5 cars that are staying home that were planning on running there just isn't enough money to race and put food on the table. This economy is taking its toll on people.

Hoping for 30, but in the old days only 18 started the show. I just hope for enough for a decent field. As for the economy, Anderson only had 17 or 18 cars. Sprint week may have some small car counts.

Late Model races that pay that much usually have a big sponsor or a lot of sponsors of the race. That just ain't there with the Silver Crowns
