Is Hawk Race Cars still building car? I think it was Mike Striecher? Who started it.

Yes , Mike Streicher is still in business building the Hawk Midget Chassis in Findlay , Ohio.

In 2008 , Mike also began production of the Streicher-Munchkin chassis.
