Randy & Rhonda Burch from the MSA Supermodified Racing Community lost their son Steve in a tragic accident in New York Sunday morning. Keep this great racing family in your prayers at this difficult time.

An remember it only takes a split second for your world to be turned upside down. Take time to make sure those you love know how important they are to you. We had a tragic accident Sunday in the Phoenix area that when it first broke on the news I feared might also affect a racing family, luckily it didn't affect the family I was thinking of. However, a family is mourning the loss of their nine year old daughter, who died while riding an ATV in the Lake Pleasant Area.

My thoughts and prayers are with both of these families, there is no pain worse than the loss of a child.

God Bless both families,

Patti

Thoughts and prayers for the families and friends. I agree that there can be nothing worse than losing a child or grandchild. A friend of mine is dealing with the loss of his granddaughter who by the way loved racing and had done some herself. When I look him in the eye, it's as if the life has gone out of him and I guess it has.
It's easy to take things for granted; we all do it, but PLEASE cherish every moment with your loved ones.

PJ, I will add your friend to my prayers. Life does have a cruel way of teaching us to cherish our loved ones at times.
