USAC payout at Eldora

I was just looking at other posts on here and someone was asking about S.C. vs sprint car payouts. I saw that another I.O.W member listed a sight for the Eldora payout. My question is didn't Kevin Briscoe after his Brownstown race convince USAC to make it a $100 for a nontransfer in the C or B main? According to the entry it is $50 for 7th on back in the B and no mention of a C main. The entry fee is $40 non member and $30 pit pass, so a car and it's owner is $70 to get in the gate let alone any helpers. Boy this sure puts pressure on a driver to not screw up and miss the main.
