I learned two things in this article: USAC "runs" the Indy 500 and they build Quarter Midget tracks. But is is really not a bad article.

nice read but a little outdated from 2002 i think the dateline said.

Even if it was written in 2002. I guess you can say "Back to the Future" Since USAC has pretty much over taken the quarter midget scene.
