Sponsorship Problems?

Why is it so hard to find good sponsors for non wing sprint cars? I think the racing is more entertaining, and the drivers are more talented (imo). Are organizations such as USAC so much more poorly ran than say the OReily All Star Sprint Series? The website and schedule don't even compare, and if I understand it correctly, isn't the Oreily series a step under the WOO? Oh how I love non wing sprint and midget cars.
