Any word on Montpelier or Gas City and their plans for 2023?

Haven't seen much posted from either track since the end of the 2022 season.

Yes, various RUMORS floating around at the Rumble last month about both Gas City and Montpelier.

I'm not going to post anything I overheard because they didn't come from 'reliable' sources.

Gas City has been for sale for a number of years but Himelick can't find a buyer. I've been told by reliable sources the price is quite high in their opinion. Also reliable sources tell me that Larry is having a meeting next week with some people that work at the track and their will not be weekly shows there. I've heard everything from every other week to special events only. We should know soon.

So to summarize, like much of the other posts on the forum, no one really knows a f&$king thing.

However appreciate your posting of schedules as just facts.

I beg to differ. I have a race buddy in Terre Haute who has cousin in Fort Wayne, anyway his brothers exwife is married to a guy that used to live in Gas City.
He said theres going to be an announcement pretty soon.

This looks like an official source post. 🤔 A race buddy, a cousin, brother's ex-wife and a guy that used to live in Gas City. 😂 And an announcement pretty soon. They must be all working on the news release.
