Raining Bombs by Peyton to his recievers as the Colts locked up the #5 spot in the playoffs. Also got thier 8th win in a row. One playoff position left and I hope the Ravens get it so the Patriots miss the playoffs.

The best scenario, in my mind, for the Colts from here on out:
Pittsburgh beats Tennessee on Sunday for the #1 seed... Baltimore makes it in as the #6 seed (which is likely)... Colts win first round game (probably in Denver)... Baltimore wins first round game (against AFC East winning Jets, Dolphins or Pats)... Baltimore would then face Pittsburgh (I think Baltimore matches up the best with them), and wins... Colts defeat #2 seed Titans in Nashville (this is more than possible)... Colts would host the Ravens at Lucas Oil for the AFC Championship in a rematch of a game the Colts won 31-3 earlier in the year... Colts move on to Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa, where Dungy's head coaching career started... Colts win, Dungy comes full circle, retires. You have to admit, it's all set up. And even though they'd be on the road, who wants to face the Colts? They won at Pittsburgh already, and basically gave away a win at Tennessee earlier. No team is dominant in the AFC, unless the Colts keep playing the way they have been. |

One thing to make it better, Fisher79...the Jets or Dolphins beating the Pats in the AFC East and bumping them from the playoffs...

Agreed. Brady's knee turning to shredded beef was nice, but no postseason would be a fitting end to '08.
