Leaking MPD Wing Valve

I got taken and bought one that leaks. I can tighten it to where it doesn’t leak, but then I can’t move it. I’m taking it off and tearing it apart tomorrow. Has anyone ever torn one apart? Is there a replaceable seal or oring in there?
