David Gravel wins in the #41 car Was announced tonight the 60th Annual Knoxville Nationals will pay $200,000 to win in 2020 pushing the total purse over $1,000,000 dollars.

It will still pay 150,000 to win but 1,000 per lap leader $. One guy leading all laps would win $200k

Technically the race will pay at least 151k given the winner has to lead at least one lap
 All jokes aside, it should make for some good racing up front as that money will add up. |

I was there all 4 nights this year. one thing that stands out above all. Knoxville's track prep crew NEVER touched the race track during the program. track conditions were very similar every night. there was a top and a bottom. minimal dust. It can be done. Huge event for sure. loved every second of it.
