Issue Gauge vibration

I run lightning sprint. My oil and water gauges needles vibrate to much. After what seems a few months of racing the gauge needles begin to not return to zero and continually get worse. Not liquid filled gauge. Anyone had similar issues and what did you do? Options could go to liquid filled but I hear that may not be best. Any thoughts?

I've used these AutoMeter Ultra-Lite II guages for two seasons now, and getting ready to start a third. They are not liquid filled. No issues so far...

Those are gauges I use... One thing I noticed dash panel has a fair amount of flex. Is your dash solidly mounted? Thanks..

I made a custom dash, that's pretty rigid...
