Headed to Knoxville for my first time. Any travel advice? Anything I need to see while we are there other than the race? Food spots? Best route from Indy? Thank you!!

If you like bbq go to the Rib Shack. It is right by the track outaide of turn 2 next to fhe museum. Also If you have time the Hall of Fame and museum is worth a visit.

The pork fritter tenderloin food truck behind the main grandstands at the nationals is amazing - best I've ever had. Don't know if it will be there this weekend or not though

Pretty simple drive from Indy. 74 West to 80 West to Highway 14 South.
