I continue to be impressed with how well POWRi runs their shows. Very timely run. Good information from the PA guy given throughout the night. The racing was top notch. It was hard to get any info out to fans at home as the show just kept clicking along with almost no down time with the exception of track rework a few times throughout the night.
Congrats to Joey on the win. And look out Tulsa...BC looks ready to repeat!

Nine heats, two "semis" (the NQ races), and what amounted to four features (since the qualifiers were 20 laps). Plus a couple of track reworks. And we were still out of there well before 11:00. Well done POWRi.

Even Roman Chariots ran non-wing, and on dirt. Hail Caesar!

We couldn't get off work to go to DuQuoin, but I can imagine a super race on a tuugh little Bull Ring. While congratulations should go out to Joey Saldana for holding on to his position on the pole and Bryan Clauson for fighting his way from outside pole back into second place a pretty good trick on that little track, there were alsoa bunch of racers back in the back fighting their way forward that I bet really made it a race for the fans.

Taking my shoes off to figure it out looks like Andrew Felker managed to get by 10 cars in his race toward the pole all the way to 6th place, this maybe the reason why he is a force to be reckoned with in any Midget competition.

Tim Siner passed 9 cars moving forward to a 9th place finish.

Kevin Ramsey and Kyle Schuett both got by 8 cars in their charge.

Justin Peck passed 4 cars racing his way to a third place finish.

Rickey Stenhouse and Jody Rosenboom also passed 4 cars.

Daniel Robinson managed to work his way up 3 positions to 5th place.

Spencer Brayton, Matt Westfalll and Tony Ronie each passed 1 car.

And of course we had several racers move in the opposite direction.

I have to congratulate everyone that made the race, while all eyes may have been on the guys up front many of you were making the race a race for the crowd out front in the grand stands and your fans in the pits and back home.

This helps me visualize the race in my minds eye, I may be off a time or two because my brain does not compute as well as some others do.

With a computer these numbers would be a piece of cake, I sure wish race organizer would take time to do this for the fans.

A race car driver is a race car driver. He had a pretty good tutor.

Powri is the best value in dirt racing from a fans perspective. I love it all but Powri shows deliver the most consistent high quality of racing imo. I also like how they run the shows including the tribute to the military at each show.
