Biobased USA will have a car at the first 3 events.

Toledo, Winchester and Grundy!

Don & Suellen Wilshe

PS. Its great to have a series that actually pays its drivers after a race!

We are still waiting to get paid for 2013, Fat Chance!

Thanks Davey

Is there any chance of developing a pavement wing instead of using a dirt wing.I think it would lead to enhancing your own identity

I'm not sure what a pavement wing would look like. Are you thinking a multi stage wing? Is there something progressive in side plates we could do?

The 25sf airfoil and 30" sideplates have been the baseline wing for a couple of decades now. The NACA profile has been an area of personal and manufacturer's preference as to how the wing moves through the air and where the pressure collects. The offset and skew has been something of a black art as well. Some guys have tried inboard sliders to clean up the air a little however the benefit has been minor and the maintenance issues have found the idea to be novel at best.

The United Racing Club of the East Coast ran a 16 or 20sf top wing back in the 80s and into the 90s as I recall on dirt.

I'm not at all against the idea. In fact advancing wing design could very well be a catalyst that could bring a more economical engine program and even a different idea in tire dimension into the discussion.
