please say a quick prayer for CRA / Sprint car racer Tyler Roahrig. He was testing his CRA late model @ Anderson today when the throttle hung wide open on the backstretch. He hit the protective barrels and had to be airlifted to Indy. The following info is straight from his father.

*From J.R. Roahrig to dispell any rumors. He asked us to pass this along.
Tyler has a broken forearm, ankle, and leg, shoulder, sternum, and hip. Surgery scheduled for tonight. He is alert and in good spirits. He has no back injuries. Surgery scheduled for tonight.

He asked us through Bob Blount to post this to clear things up. Feel free to share this post for accurate information. Speedy Recovery 24! #RocketStrong

Update:
Tyler is out of surgery this morning, and things went well. He has a long road ahead of him with recovery, and the family is asking to respect this time to allow him to heal. They can not thank everyone enough for the support. ‪#‎RocketStrong‬
