I'm guessing Mr Miller won't acknowledge or isnt even aware of all of the alumni, but plenty of open wheelers are in the Daytona 500:
Kahne
Gordon
Stewart
Newman
Edwards
Stenhouse
Klingerman
Bowman
Whitt
Wise
Mears
Larson
Allgaier of course also running in the Duels.
Is that the highest % of former midget guys in a major Nascar event?

It's hard not counting Annett & Menard too; for all their dad's did as car-owners in OW ranks too...
Did Mears run a sprint or midget???
I believe I saw Casey at Turkey Night in Irwindale in a midget a few years ago.

David
NASCAR is buying up all the real talent, and POOR old Indy is being bought out by all the MONEY. Go figure, why should I watch a race if I can't pronounce half of the drivers last name.
In Indy racing the slogan is {Talent walks and Money talks}

I suppose you are referring to Robin Miller, and not me.

Sorry Ron (and Robin). Of course I was not referring to you.
There's only one Miller I know that this info would be relevant to but has little to no interest. Perhaps if these were all off-road truck veterans, they would get a little PR from the club they graduated from.
