They have Paypal. That's how I donated. Upon further review, it looks like the Paypal link disappeared.

The PayPal part did work for me just a couple minutes ago, but there was no PayPal logo where the various credit cards were on the screen. When I clicked "CHECKOUT" it did make PayPal available on the screen.

Would like to clarify something. The Daytona deal is not ending Dave's open wheel racing but if you stop to think that if sponsors like what they see at Daytona it could just possibly lead to more sponsorship $$ that may flow over into his open wheel racing. Just a thought.
