Welcome, Thomas. Do you realize that now your life will never be the same?
This is a message board that has a bit of everything, but I'm sure you know that already. It's run by a gumpy old middle-aged geek. But we love him anyway.

Welcome aboard. I hope your journey will be enlightening. I know that I have learned so much on this site. Here are just a few:
1)How easy of a job it is to be a promoter. Seldom do they work and all they really do is haul in the money and take it to the bank. 2)Track prep. Not one dirt track is quite good enough with track prep to satisfy the keyboard jockeys on IOW. They have it all figured out but since they aren't allowed out of the house, they just post how bad it really is. 3)They also know how to officiate the racing scene and seldom do they ever get that wrong. It is always easy to do this from in front of the keyboard. Hearsay is much better than fact any day of the week. 4)Also they seem to think that money grows on trees as they want all of the payouts to be huge top to bottom. Take in to consideration as well that you better not schedule against another track or run any other classes on a big race night. Oh and by the way, have them on the road home by 9:30 PM or hell will be raised. 5)And finally, take so much of what is put on this site with a grain of salt. The experts also seem to disagree most of the time. And now, I must be off.
