Thoughts & prayers for Josh and the Spencer family. Certainly a scary situation but so thankful as it could have been much worse.

Just got Josh home, he has some pretty bad road rash, bumps and bruises. They had a problem with his blood pressure dropping but got that under control. The calls, post and the prayers have been what got us through this deal. As far as the bike goes it will be at Harley Davidson tomorrow at noon, it may be a month or so before he can ride but he is ready to ride. The reason they sent him home was a lack of medical Ins.
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Jerry #66j stida.com |

Thanks for the update Jerry. I'm sure Josh will tough out the hurts and be back aboard the bike in no time. Hang in Josh, do what the docs tell ya, and milk it for awhile with Dad.
I would plead with you to wear a helmet (if you don't already), but I know that if you do, you will continue, and if you don't, my plea will fall upon deaf ears. I've taken all kinds of stats and articles to one of my friends. To no avail, as he continues to depend on a "do-rag" to protect his gourd. No offense intended, I preach safety only because I care. Best wishes for a fast and complete recover.

I'm so glad to hear that you weren't seriously hurt! Take it easy and hopefully your recovery will be speedy!

Glad to hear Josh is home. I destroyed a bike 30 years ago hitting a car that ran a stop sign but i'm not ready to give it up yet either. The Watson's are thinking of you, get well soon.
