With just a little over a year gone by since Jesse Hockets untimely passing I made another visit to Double X Speedway One of Jesse's favorite tracks, also considered his home track.

The ASCS Warrior region sprints were on hand for the Clyde Woods Memorial, Clyde was a long time flagman in the central part of Missouri, his son who works the front stretch at the speedway puts this race together every year in his dad's name.

As expected their was some great racing and a good time for all as usual on a Sunday night in the near to Ozarks. Every once in a while I am still looking for the white # 77 to come flying out of one of the turns and down the narrow front stretch, I still miss seeing Hockett on the track.
