Lucky dog for indy cars

Indycar is contemplating adopting the NASCAR "Lucky Dog" rule. They are taking a fan poll at indycar.com. I encourage all open wheel fans to vote their opinion.

With 8800 votes so far, that idea is being rejected 85.37%-14.63%.
