2011 USAC at Chico

In this week's NSSN it says USAC National Sprint Cars will join the WoO at Silver Dollar Speedway for the Gold Cup along with Western States Midgets.
This sounds like a must see event!

Its a natural and I for one am glad to see it scheduled. The Louis Vermeil Classic is the weekend before the Gold Cup so the traditional sprints and midgets can layover and run Silver Dollar on Thursday. Plus you get the spec sprints big $$ race (non wing) on Wednesday.

This doesn't read as thought it's a National event....still a good show regardless. Silver Dollar is on my to do list.

Might have said national USAC sprint cars in the article in Speed Sport but the race track website says "USAC_CRA. This race is in September when the National Series is in the midwest area.
