Nothing on Anderson's entry page showing Eric Gordon or Dave Steele yet. Are they going to run this year?

I dont think steele or gordon has ran a race all year so its hard to say.

Dave Steele is not running. Gordon hasn't filed an entry yet but will do so in the coming days my sources tell me.

That blows steele isnt running. This will be an easy win for gordon if he stays out of trouble.

Eric will be running. Also look for Levi Jones this year. Maybe Chris Windom. Aaron Pierce may have Jack French in his pit this year.

I spoke with Paul White a few weeks ago. He might be there if they can get the car together in time.

WHY - No Dave Steele?

If this is true, I am really disappointed. I heard he is a driving coach for the Steve Lewis midgets 9 team, but I would think he would be excused from the night before the 500 duties so he could go race the little 5? He'd make more money in Anderson, that's for sure!

Yes, you are correct. dave will be at Raceway Park working with the 9 racing team with drivers Kevin Swindell & Billy Wease. Im sure he's makin enough money doing this..

I haven't seen Dave's name in the results for any of the Florida sprint car races this season. What's the update Dave?

BTW: I thought Steve Lewis retired. Is this the same 9 Racing midget team or, did someone else reform that team?
